Biography
Born 434.30 ABY, Nulin was born to a beautiful and loving couple on his himeworld of Glee Anselm. Born to his parents, Porea Sulor and Finar Sulor, he was a playful and inquisitive child. Nulin was one who took to his studies in his homeworlds chools with glee and imagination. As a younger child, he often played with other kids in his age range and game up with the funniest of ideas. One fine evening was one such day that he and the other nautolan and anselmi children played. His idea was to make a simple game, not too much unlike Dejarik. It was a simplified version, one using the reeds and wood found naturally in their village. While Nulin displayed a ccertain degree of intelligence and emotional empathy to others, he was often distracted, found lost in his own thoughts, daydreaming of other things.
The truth is that Nulin was simply a child who wondered what stood beyond the breadth of their homeworld, and what lie in wait in the stars. His mother and father were simple farmers for a greater amount of time, nestled in the outer edge of Republic space, and often had stories of the heros therein. Though before even their time, the stories of a great war with bad and evil people crossed the young nautolans ears often. Tales of monks who helped save the world time and time ago, and war heros who stood as a testament so that they could live in peace. Nulin was not one concerned with fame and glory, but promise and a brighter future. Nulin was always an insightful young man, more in tune with others and the emotional workings. Others called him sensitive, a young man unfit to be a warrior. There was no shame, his parents figured. Nulin often had a way with words with others because of this, knowing roughly what to say. He was young, yes, but spoke with a wisdom that did not befit his age. Of course, when he did so, he’d nearly immediately have another moment that made others remember that he was in fact still a child.
Time came to ahead when a wonderer graced their village for a time, a simple pilgrimage for the young alien man. He spoke with the people of Glee Anselm, those who’d grace the surface on few occasion, or in the bubbled cities underneath. The kel dor met with Nulin one fateful afternoon. It was not a saving moment, or a work of miracle that spun his curiosity of the young nautolan, but his intuition. He sensed something in the young man. The kel dor took Nulin to his parents and had a discussion, one that wound the poor boy up. What was it? Who was this strange individual with a mask? He had many questions, but little answers. The conversation lasted for hours, until the kel dor emerged with his parents. A discussion; for Nulin to come with him should he pass a small test. Of course, this was none other than the workings of a jedi. The Jedi Knight found promise in the young man, and soon set the pair off to the Jedi Academy, his wish now fulfilled to see new worlds and explore the stars.
